Kinetic Groove

Kinetic Groove combines one-on-one discipleship, group meetings, local service, mission trips and robust curriculum to engage men where they’re at in their spiritual and physical journey.

We help men understand how they’re wired, in turn helping them lead, relate to and empathize with their families, employees and friends. The “tools” we offer will strengthen and inspire men to stay committed to the important things in life.

16 Personalities

Individuals

We leverage the timeless wisdom of scripture as a foundation for individual and group discussion. The start of the journey begins with the 16 Personalities assessment, to help each man understand his God-created personality, strengths and areas for growth. This knowledge assists his interactions, along with other men understanding reflecting on their temperaments.

Each participant receives:

  • iWeekly content with challenge questions, scripture and devotional.

Groups

Our groups are intentionally formed to be an eclectic mix of personalities. We’re not about creating dominating alphas. A true leader is the man who listens and helps his brother. Each group consists of 4-7 participants, with a designated leader. The leader facilitates group discussions, helps recruit new men, and serves as liaison between groups.

Each participant receives:

  • iWeekly content with challenge questions, scripture and devotional.
  • Weekly individual text prayer from Kinetic Groove.
  • Weekly text message, check-in with assigned wingman.
  • Weekly group meeting.

Curriculum

Kinetic Groove sends out weekly study guides to individuals and Table Captains. The content is created or pulled from a variety of sources. Might be the Bible, a Netflix series, a Tim Keller or Oswald Chambers book, or a TED Talk. We run the topics through a modern lens, backed by a Biblical foundation.
